Main Technical Specifications and Requirements 

1. Equipment Structure

The equipment adopts high-rigidity aluminum alloy cantilever beam flying optics structure, which is a plane laser 

cutting machine with laser head movement and without workpiece movement during processing. our company 

adopts Han’s laser technologies for production, processing plate size could be loaded in three directions. Plate 

with length more than 4.0m and width more than 2.0m could be loaded simultaneously. Therefore, the 

processing is more flexible. The machine tool is equipped with cutting worktable of 2000×4000mm and small 

sheet metal locating rule.

2. Laser cutting head

The cutting head is originally imported cutting head (5/7.5 inch pull push-mirror base is already included in 

machine tool configuration). Meanwhile, it is equipped with unique collision protection technology. Laser cutting 

head provided by the company has strong safety protective measures, stable and reliable performance, 

convenient application. It has the features as follows:

(1) Optical focusing lens could be replaced conveniently and rapidly. The lens is located in “drawer-type” mirror 

      folder which is very convenient to replace.

(2) The nozzle and the cutting head are threaded connected, which could directly unscrew nozzle and replace 

      with required nozzle. It is very convenient to replace the nozzle.

(3) It is equipped with Z axis height automatic tracking device of non-contact sensor control. During the cutting 

      process, it can automatically track and adjust the distance between workpiece surface and nozzle, and 

      adjust the relative position between laser focal point and plate, so as to eliminate the influences of non-

      flatness of plate to be cut on cutting materials. It can automatically identify the material placement (red light 

      indicator).

(4) The cutting head has sensitive response and sound safety protective measures. It can provide cable 

      disconnection, cutting head collision and other alarming signals to CNC system. Cutting head has anti-

      collision device and automatic reset functions to prevent accidental damage of cutting head.
