Description:

HANSGS—D400P laser perforating machine selects Germany SIEMENS servo system to control the form feeding system, due to SIEMENS servo system with strong calculation ability, rapid speed, high control precision, it has interior roll diameter automatic calculation function, and can ensure that the speed of form feeding is constant and the surface is kept neat.

SIEMENS servo system can be used to control SIEMENS servo motor in order to drive the form feeding mechanism. Firstly, by the touch screen you can set holes pitch and the polygon prism motor rotation speed, and it can calculate the respective form feeding linear speed automatically, and send this linear speed information to the servo by communication interface, and then the servo can control the rotation speeds of two form feeding motors according to the feedback of tension controller and speed encoder, so as to ensure the constant linear speed.

The perforating machine selects two sets of SIEMENS servo motors which can control the linkage of the two motors.

The perforating machine has fixed-meter (length) shutdown function, which can ensure that the length of tipping paper of each roll after perforating keeps consistent, and satisfies the special requirement of cigarette factory.

At the same time, the perforating machine has automatic shutdown function at the tail end, when the perforating is about to finish, that is to say, there is only 1-2 meter from the tail end, the perforating machine will shut down automatically, thus when we need to produce the next rolling paper, we just need to connect the both ends of the two rolls of paper, and the operator doesn’t need to cross the paper repeatedly, only with zero meter mechanism to eliminate the connection part, which can improve efficiency greatly and reduce laboring strength of operator.
