Through our secondary developed KUKA operation control system, the optical semiconductor laser robot flexible manufacturing system units (optical semiconductor laser, robot, chiller, sliding table base and send powder, etc.) are centralized control automation, making the user operate more conveniently and reliably.
 

Control system adopts Siemens PLC controller and has security protection function, when there is emergency stop or collision,it can directly operate teaching device to start the laser and the robot each axis, no need manual release, models: S7-1200, the system is equipped with 10 inch touch screen 

operation panel,to display running status and the fault type of equipment.
 

Touch screen console, have alarm information display function, as well as part of the robot and laser status information, etc.;And set up with the workstation three color tower that indicates working state, and a failure sound and light alarm;Have a pause and stop button at the same time, prominently placed in the control panel;

fault alarm for the protective gas, the cooling unit, the laser, and would stop working when it is beyond the requirements process.
