After loading material, the operator needs not to accurately position the sheet material. Through automatic frame-finding, the CNC laser cutter can automatically confirm the position where the sheet material is placed and automatically adjust the programmed angle of the coordinate system to adapt to the position where the sheet material is placed. No human accurate positioning of the sheet material is needed any longer, thus significantly reduces labor intensity, makes the operator load material more easily, and improves the efficiency.
The Z axle allows sheet material surface height tracking control to adapt to different evenness of sheet materials. The function is integrated in the CNC system, and provides quicker response, better sensitivity and higher servo precision compared to conventional CNC system.
During acceleration and deceleration of the CNC laser cutter, CNC system can adjust the laser power ramp according to the real time speed of the CNC laser cutter to ensure consistent quality of processing section. The function is also integrated in the CNC system, and provides quicker response and better instantaneity compared to conventional CNC system.
If the laser cutting stops due to failure, the machine can cut the workpiece previously being cut again after returning along the outline path of the workpiece to prevent scraping the work piece.
