Machine Structure

The machine has a strong gantry structure and unique design to make it the most userfriendly machine in the 

market. The gantry structure ensures precision cutting since there the cross beam is supported at both ends, 

hence no overhang.

The competitors models a re with a cantilever structure which is much weaker and less precise.

The machine also features total free space for workpiece cut off, metal particles and sparks. This feature not only 

results in a clean working area but also the transmission system and all vital components of the machines are

Laser cutting head

Laser cutting head is one of most important parts of laser cutting machines. The traditional cutting head only 

includes focusing lens and nozzle and does not have autofocus function. If there is no autofocus, the focal length 

will not be same, which results in different focused beam diameters and then different power densities at different 

positions. Thus the cutting quality may be different at the positions.

Based on the requirements from the market, we have developed self floating laser cutting  heads. By using 

capactive sensor and auto motor moving system, the space between the focus lens and workpiece will be kept 

same at any position of the cutting field. The response time is millisecond range only and the system is stable 

and reliable.

The HAN'S GS Laser cutting head for Nd:YAG laser special design based on the wavelength and power of the 

laser source. its compact design, easy focus and fine tune function, can effectively compensate for the uneven 

material or deformation. Thus improve the laser utilization to the highest efficiency and processing quality.
