Description:

Tension control

Tension control can ensure the constant tension and the constant speed of Tipping Paper during the processing. The tension control is used to ensure the constant tension of tipping paper through cylinder and floating roller, for different material and different width tipping paper, we can adjust the suitable tension. The tension system adopts the imported displacement sensor of high precision to examine the displacement of floating roller, through PID we can adjust and ensure the constant position of floating roller. The long-time operation of the tension controller can meet with our equipment requirement, and it has small volume, stable operation, low noise etc characteristics.
