Semiconductor laser heat treatment equipment control system includes two parts, installed on the host.One is PA three axes linkage numerical control system, control the machine movement and start and stop of laser, including five axes. Second, laser control and operating system, control of laser source and chiller, monitoring laser source working condition and parameter setting.
