1)Equip with imported cutting head from Switzerland, non contact type automatic tracking system with capacitor. 

The focus can be adjusted to get the best cutting quality. The waste of material caused by varying of focus 

distance when cutting unevenness material is prevented.    

2)Focus distance: f=125mm, blowing oxygen gas for combustion boost and good cutting quality.  

3)With protection glass inside the cutting head,the consumption of expensive wearing parts like focus lens is low.   

4)With the non contact sensing device,the Z axle has floating function with stable performance,which can prevent 

the affection caused by the unevenness of the cutting material

II. CNC System

The CNC system is mainly composed of PC control system, drive, servo motor, etc.

Han’s GS Laser uses the CNC system produced by Germany.It represents the most professional laser processing

having standard PC bus (ISA and PCI) and operating system, the PC hardware and software of other companies 

can also be well utilized. 

High speed processing

A high speed CNC laser cutter requires extremely short program segment cycle time (7200 program segments/

second) as well as special control algorithm and communication function. The “adaptive pre reading function” will 

pre process programs of 2000 program segments on real time basis, and calculate the maximum feed rate within 

the range of programming parameters and limits to meet the requirement of complex processing. 

High control precision

The requirements of high productivity, high precision and good surface processing quality have been always 

improving continuously.

Comprehensive diagnosis function and rapid failure finding;multiple kinds of cutting gas are changed conveniently 

through the CNC system.
