Description:

Form Feeding Control

The form feeding mechanism of control system is driven and controlled by servo motor of Simens servo controller. Firstly, through touch screen, you can set the hole pitch or the rotation speed of prism motor, PLC can calculate the relative feeding linear speed automatically (Unit: m/min), and send this linear speed to the servo controller by DP communication port, so as to change the rotation speed of feeding motor, in this way you can reach the expected effect. In order to ensure the constant feeding linear speed, we adopt the encoder to feedback the speed. In order to enhance anti- interference ability, the encoder uses the long-line driver output form.

Speed test

By comparing between the linear speed and the actual rotation speed of the feeding motor of the encoder and sending this signal to PLC built-in high speed counter, we can calculate the feeding actual linear speed and form feeded length, and then send these parameters to the Touch Screen for display.
