2D and 3D tube cutting software
HAN'S GS features a patented PC based 2D and 3D tube laser cutting software system that supports multiple
format for pipe cutting:
2D cutting format: directly import the plane figure, input associated parameters
3D cutting format: import UG 3D graphics, set route and parameters
It is able to process all kinds of drawings and the 3D graphics interface improve set up time and visualization
before the cutting process actually begins. This eliminates all potential problems and also greatly reduces
material wastage which can be caused due to operator error.
Unlike other system with Siemens or FANUC controller which requires the aid of separate CAM path computation
software to complete the 3D cutting, HAN'S GS greatly eliminates extra software expense for end-users.
Coolant system
Heat around the laser source greatly affects the power and efficiency. This excess heat has to be dissipated
effectively and dynamically. All HAN'S GS are equipped with intelligent external cooling system. The coolant is
continuously circulated thus eliminating heat around the laser source.
This coolant system has a low noise operation, high precision control of temperature to ensure a extended life
and reliable operation of the machine.
All the surface contacting the water are stainless steel or engineering plastics. A water flow switch is used to
alarm if there are less water flow or no water flow. Optimized design and manufacturing techniques, strict quality
control make sure that the coolant systems are highly quality, highly reliable and highly durable.
