In order to realize the change of different focusing heads number, the tipping paper laser perforating machine completes this work through ON/OFF of the optical shutters. But there is an obvious shortage: take the example of 8 rows holes tipping paper laser perforatingmachine: for 8 focusing heads, they only need 4 focusing heads to punch double row, while the 4 idle focusing heads are distributed laser energy, which are absorbed by optical shutter, it equals to waste 50% laser energy, in the condition of maintaining air permeability, the feeding speed also reduces 50%, which means that the production capacity reduces 50% and causes the great reduction of equipment’s working efficiency.
